Welcome to the Venetian Islands Homeowners Association

VIHA is here to improve your life on the beautiful Venetian Islands.

Since it’s establishment in 1979, the Venetian Islands Homeowners Association has represented homeowners concerns and their commitment to the enhancement of the Venetian Islands. We champion the interests of homeowners by acting as a trusted liaison with both city and county officials, building initiatives, events, and supporting a safer, more vibrant community.

Our dedicated efforts focus on improving key aspects of island life - from security and essential services to critical infrastructure. We actively engage with local authorities, including the police and public works departments, to secure the best outcomes for our residents.

VIHA is a voluntary, non-profit, neighborhood association that relies on resident participation and generosity.
